Inauguration of Hearing Facilities in Ha Noi and Official Launch of Vietnamese Translation of PCA Arbitration Rules

On 25 March 2026, the Permanent Court of Arbitration Ha Noi Office inaugurated its newly renovated hearing facilities at the House of Peace and the publication of the Vietnamese translation of the PCA Arbitration Rules and Optional Protocols. Members of the diplomatic corps, ministries and agencies of the Government of Viet Nam, law firms, and universities were present.

PCA Representative in Viet Nam Mr. Neil Nucup and Deputy Director-General of the Department of International Law and Treaties of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mr. Chu Tuan Duc each delivered the opening remarks, followed by special messages from Ms. Dinh Anh Tuyet of the Viet Nam Bar Federation and Mr. Tran Tuan Phong of the Viet Nam Business Lawyers Club, respectively. The program was concluded by a guided tour of the hearing facilities.

The inauguration marks another milestone of the Permanent Court of Arbitration Ha Noi Office, an enhancement of its services and its commitment to the peaceful settlement of international disputes.
