Nineteenth PCA Vis Pre-Moot 2026 in The Hague
On 19 and 20 March 2026, the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) hosted practice rounds for the 33rd Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot at its headquarters at the Peace Palace in The Hague.
This year, twelve teams from ten countries came together to compete in the PCA Hague Vis Pre-Moot:

- Erasmus University Rotterdam
- IE Law School
- Jagiellonian University
- National Law University, Jodhpur
- Universidad Francisco Marroquin
- University of Bonn
- University of Cambridge
- University of Oxford
- University of Sydney
- University of the State of Rio de Janeiro
Over two days, each team had the chance to plead before tribunals composed of international arbitration specialists from various jurisdictions and legal backgrounds. The teams received detailed feedback on their pleadings in order to assist in their preparation for the Vis Moot, which will commence on 27 March 2026.

After four sessions, the University of Sydney, the University of Cambridge, and the Erasmus University Rotterdam emerged as the top three teams.
Jules Vahl, Jess Zhang and Thomas Loke Zhih Hahn earned the top 3 oralist awards for their exceptional performances.
