PCA Press Release – PCA Case No. 2025-45: Arbitration Pursuant to the Asylum Partnership Agreement (The Republic of Rwanda v. The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland)

The Tribunal has scheduled a public hearing for 18 to 20 March 2026.
Members of the diplomatic corps and general public, as well as press representatives, are welcome to follow the hearing in-person at the Peace Palace, The Hague, subject to prior registration with the PCA in accordance with the processes set out in the press release.
