PCA contributes to African Institute of International Law course

Last week, the PCA Deputy-Secretary General, Mr. Brooks Daly, delivered a series of lectures in French in Arusha, Tanzania, as part of a course organized by the African Institute of International Law on “les traités bilatéraux d’investissement et l’arbitrage.”

The course was attended by over twenty-two francophone participants from the African continent. Other lectures were given by Dr. Eric de Brabandere (Leiden University), Mr. Paul-Jean Le Cannu (ICSID), Mr. Charles Nairac (White & Case) and H.E. Robert Dossou (Cabinet Robert M. Dossou).
