Please see the attached press release issued on 26 September 2024 by the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in neutral expert proceedings instituted by the Republic of India against the Islamic Republic of Pakistan pursuant to the Indus Waters Treaty of 1960.

On 10 and 11 September 2024, the Neutral Expert held a Third Meeting with the Parties at the Hofburg Palace in Vienna.
