PCA Press Release – PCA Case No. 2023-65: Energy Charter Treaty Arbitration (The Republic of Azerbaijan v. The Republic of Armenia)

Please see the attached press release (in English and French) issued on 23 March 2026 by the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in the Energy Charter Treaty Arbitration (The Republic of Azerbaijan v. The Republic of Armenia).

The Tribunal has scheduled a public hearing for 7 to 8 April 2026. 9 April 2026 is held in reserve, with the Tribunal to decide at the end of the day on 8 April 2026 whether to continue the hearing on 9 April 2026.

Members of the diplomatic corps and general public, as well as press representatives, are welcome to follow the hearing in-person at the Peace Palace, The Hague, subject to prior registration with the PCA in accordance with the processes set out in the press release.
