The Enrica Lexie Incident (Italy v. India)
As communicated in press releases issued by the Permanent Court of Arbitration (“PCA”) on 19 December 2018 and 25 June 2019, the hearing in the arbitration concerning the “Enrica Lexie” Incident (Italy v. India) will begin on 8 July 2019.
At the start of the hearing, on 8 July 2019 at 9:00 a.m., the Agent for the Italian Republic and the Agent for the Republic of India will each make a brief opening statement, which will be webcast live on the Internet. The live-stream may be accessed through the following link:
