The PCA signed a Cooperation Agreement with NYIAC

A cooperation agreement was concluded between the PCA and the New York International Arbitration Center (NYIAC), with effect from 1 July 2019.

The cooperation agreement establishes a framework for the two organizations to work together towards the promotion of arbitration as a means for the peaceful settlement of international disputes.

On a practical level, under this agreement, the PCA will be able to hold hearings and meetings at the NYIAC’s premises, and the NYIAC will assist with the arrangement of local support services for such events.
