Joint Press Release - The Permanent Court of Arbitration and the City of The Hague celebrate the 125th anniversary of the First Hague Peace Conference

This year marks 125 years since the First Hague Peace Conference, which resulted in the establishment of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) and marked the first step in the development of the modern means of peaceful dispute resolution offered to the international community.

The PCA and the City of The Hague will both commemorate this milestone anniversary throughout 2024.
