MEA-PCA Training Programme on Investment Arbitration

The Permanent Court of Arbitration, together with the Ministry of External Affairs of the Government of India (MEA), organized a virtual training programme on investment arbitration for government officials from 13-15 June 2022. The programme included lectures by a distinguished faculty on international investment law and the procedures and institutions engaged in investor-state dispute settlement.
