PCA Offices in Buenos Aires and Singapore welcome new Representatives

The Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) is pleased to announce the arrival of its new Deputy Representative in Argentina, Ms. Julieta Cappelletti, who will take over from Mr. Juan Ignacio Massun, and of its new Representative in Singapore, Ms. Ashwita Ambast, who will take over from Dr. Túlio Di Giacomo Toledo.

The Deputy Representative of the PCA in Argentina assists the Representative of the PCA in Argentina, Mr. Julian Bordaçahar, with the implementation of the Argentina-PCA Host Country Agreement and the promotion of Buenos Aires as a venue for international arbitrations. Ms. Cappelletti joined the PCA Buenos Aires Office as Legal Counsel in July 2025. After six successful years in Buenos Aires, Mr. Massun will resume his functions as Legal Counsel in The Hague.

The PCA Representative in Singapore assists with the implementation of the Singapore-PCA Host Country Agreement and the promotion of Singapore as a venue for international arbitrations. Ms. Ambast, Senior Legal Counsel, has served with the PCA International Bureau in The Hague since 2016. Dr. Di Giacomo Toledo leaves the post after five successful years in Singapore, and will resume his functions as Senior Legal Counsel in The Hague.
