Please see the attached Press Release issued today by the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in an arbitration commenced by Blue Gold Holdings Limited (United Kingdom) and Future Global Resources Limited (United Kingdom) against the Republic of Ghana pursuant to the Agreement between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of the Republic of Ghana for the Promotion and Protection of Investments, signed on 22 March 1989.
