Permanent Court of Arbitration enters into Host Country Agreement with Brazil

On Friday 25 August 2017, at the Itamaraty Palace in Brasília, the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federative Republic of Brazil, the Undersecretary General for Multilateral Political Affairs, Europe and North America of Brazil, Ambassador Fernando Simas Magalhães, and the Secretary-General of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, Mr. Hugo Siblesz, signed a Host Country Agreement that will facilitate the conduct of PCA proceedings within the country.
