The ARA Libertad Arbitration (Argentina v. Ghana)

Argentina and Ghana today concluded an Agreement at a signing ceremony held before the President of the Tribunal, H.E. Judge Bruno Simma, at the Peace Palace in The Hague, bringing an end to their dispute. Further details of the signing ceremony including photographs and related documents are available here.
