Railway Land Arbitration (Malaysia/Singapore)

On 9 January 2012, Malaysia and the Republic of Singapore concluded a Submission Agreement to refer to arbitration a question relating to the Malayan Railway Land in Singapore. The Permanent Court of Arbitration acts as Registry in this arbitration.
