In addition to the Members of the Court, the PCA also maintains various specialized panels of arbitrators and experts in connection with its specialized rules of procedure for environmental and outer space disputes.

Panels of Arbitrators and Experts for Environmental Disputes

The PCA Optional Rules for Arbitration of Disputes Relating to Natural Resources and/or the Environment provide for the establishment of a specialized list of arbitrators considered to have expertise in this area. The Rules also provide for the establishment of a list of scientific and technical experts who may be appointed as expert witnesses pursuant to these Rules.
