Buenos Aires Office
By establishing a physical presence of the PCA in Buenos Aires, the PCA and Argentina aim to strengthen and develop a relationship that began more than one hundred years ago, when in 1907 Argentina became a Contracting Party to the 1899 Hague Convention. The PCA Buenos Aires Office assists with the promotion of Buenos Aires as a venue for international arbitration and PCA services throughout the Latin American region. The PCA Buenos Aires Office is located in the Palacio San Martín, the hearing and meeting rooms of which are available free of charge in PCA-administered proceedings.
The PCA Representative in the Argentine Republic and Head of the PCA Buenos Aires Office is Mr. Julian Bordaçahar. The Deputy PCA Representative in the Argentine Republic is Mr. Juan Ignacio Massun.
