House of Peace and International Convention Centre (Ha Noi)

The PCA opened its Ha Noi Office at the House of Peace in November 2022 pursuant to the host country agreement between the PCA and Viet Nam concluded in 2014.
The House of Peace can accommodate hearings with up to eight participants per party. The premises comprise a multifunctional hearing room, three breakout rooms, and a witness sequestration room. The hearing room is equipped with standard audiovisual facilities and a built-in interpretation booth, enabling the efficient conduct of hearings, including those in hybrid format and/or requiring interpretation. Located in one of the historic villas of Tran Phu Street, the House of Peace is close to various embassies and major state agencies of the Government of Viet Nam, as well as to hotels, restaurants, and prominent cultural and scenic landmarks.
For larger hearings administered by the PCA, the International Convention Centre in Ha Noi can accommodate twenty to thirty participants per side. The ICC provides a wide range of facilities, including hearing rooms, breakout rooms, and ancillary services, such as catering and audiovisual support. The ICC is in close proximity to the House of Peace.
