Pursuant to Article 11.21.1 of the Free Trade Agreement, and with the agreement of the Parties, the PCA will make available to the public, on the present website, the below-listed information and documents subject to redactions and/or protections from disclosure in accordance with the Free Trade Agreement:

(a) the notice of intent;

(b) the notice of arbitration;

(c) pleadings, memorials, and briefs submitted to the tribunal by a disputing party and any written submissions submitted pursuant to Article 11.20.4 and 11.20.5 and Article 11.25, not including expert reports, witness statements, fact exhibits or legal authorities;

(d) minutes or transcripts of hearings of the tribunal, where available; and

(e) orders, awards, and decisions of the tribunal.

상설중재재판소는 한미자유무역협정 제 11.21 조 제 1 항 및 당사자들의 합의에 따라, 하단에 명시된 정보 및 문서를 자유무역협정에서 요구하는 정보공개의 보호/편집 기준에 따라 가공 후 재판소의 누리집에 개시하여 일반의 이용이 가능하도록 합니다.
