International Investment Arbitration Conference in Kuwait
Last week, on 17–18 February 2016, the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) co-organized an “International Investment Arbitration Conference” in Kuwait City in association with the Kuwaiti Ministry of Justice, under the patronage of H.E. Prime Minister Jaber Al Mubarak Al Hamad Al Sabah, and in the presence of H.E. Minister of Justice Yaqoub Al Sane.
