PCA Press Release - PCA Case No. 2022-13 - KN Holding LLC and Severgroup LLC v. The French Republic

Please see the attached press release, (in English  and French), issued today by the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in the arbitration commenced by KN Holding LLC and Severgroup LLC against the French Republic pursuant to the Agreement between the Government of the French Republic and the Government of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics on the Reciprocal Promotion and Protection of Investments dated 4 July 1989.
