根据2017年签订的《常设仲裁法院-新加坡东道国协议》，2018年1月，常设仲裁法院新加坡办公室落成。
常设仲裁法院新加坡办公室位于近期建成的麦克斯韦商会，与其庭审设施相邻，其中共有四十二间听证室与准备间。
